Friends of Oasis
Welcome to the page for the Friends of Oasis, or FoO as we are known. It is a new initiative to bring together parents from the school and members of the community for the benefit of the academy. We are passionate about our school, fundraising to make a difference and enhancing the pupil’s education at the Academy.
The FoO were formed in September 2015 and have organised several successful events, including Santa’s Grotto and the Christmas Discos. We have more events planned which we hope you will join in and support. The work we do is not only for fundraising but to encourage family and school to come together. We hope to do this by not only organising events for the children, but also some events which are family centred and fun for all.
We understand that it is not always possible to attend all meetings and if you feel you would prefer to help out on an ad hoc basis, we would still be grateful for your help and input. Being part of the FoOs is a great way to get involved in Academy life and get to know other parents.
